September Edits! 📸

Hi guys back again with Septembers monthly blog. I figured doing one blog for the whole month would be easier that doing a blog every week!

This month has been a little slower than most, mainly from being busy with other aspects of my life which is only going to get busier once I start work again next week after 6 months off 😭

A few key notes to take from this month are:

  • Little sham tournament

  • Learning to edit photos in lightroom

  • Becoming a lvl 1 groundsman for shammy and making an Instagram to run for them

  • First clients!!

Peter Ellis runs a small tournament for the young Shamwickshire Rovers as they are too young for a league at the moment. He asked me if I wanted to come down and take some photos of the day and then when they had training a few days later if I wanted me to take some singing on photos which were a blast and turned out great! Here's some of the photos below. ⬇️

I've also been trying my hand at light room and started to learn how to edit my photos and I have to say I have no idea why I didn't start earlier! It's so much fun and I can make some bang average photos look amazing with some simple editing and lighting. It also allows me to open up on my actual shooting of certain shots knowing I can edit them later to get the desired look that I wanted. below is a couple of photos that i went through and edited, it's hard to tell what's been edited unless you are a photographer and know a thing or two about it!

Also have been working towards this Level 1 in groundsman for Shamwickshire Rovers. This team is run by my brother and and a few others so I have been helping to keep the place up to standard and they recently put me on this course and now I'm the official grosundsman for Shamwickshire Rovers which is pretty cool! I have also recently started an instagram for the club to sow the pitches improvements and a few match day photos that I occasionally take for the team!

Also some exciting news I have recently had my first client! It's for a dry robe company and they just wanted some more professional photos and drone shots as they have seen my previous work and we more than excited to get started. Im excited to see how the photos and shots turn out! It's also nice to see people come to me because of previous work that I have done too!!

This blog was a little late but life got a little busy too hopefully I'll be on time and have some more updates for you ❤️
