Hello again and welcome to another blog post!
You guys will be seeing a couple more of these blogs in the next two weeks as I'm super busy with some super cool photography projects coming up 📸
Firstly I'll tell you what I've been up to this weekend!
Saturday - Helped up the club with the community day and also took some snaps of both the under 30's vs Over 30's match and also snapped up some shots of the ability teams match against barnstaple ability's team. ⚽️
Sunday - Helped out with shots at another Against All Odds shoot in Croyde
On Saturday we had the shammy community day where shamwickshire rovers put on a free community day for people to enjoy at absolute no cost to anyone which is great from the club. The day went super well and the turn out was great for the community.
They also hosted some matches for their ability teams to play barnstaple ability which I snapped up some shots for the teams.
Both teams show great heart and determination even if it was just a friendly match!
You can see the both teams come together showing football is sport that can bring people all together no matter what ❤️
Shammy also put on an Under 30's vs Over 30's game that consisted of Ex shammy players from back along mixed with the new upcoming shammy youngsters!
The game was brilliant from start to finish with both teams putting on great displays. The match ended as a draw at 4-4. Below are a couple of shots from the match and the group photo at the end! ⚽️
Against All Odds Shoot
On Sunday I linked up with the clothing brand Against All Odds, as you've probably seen in the past I've done a lot with these guys and being able to see the journey from the start to now has been amazing! This time we went down to Croyde for a summer/costal collection thats coming out.
They also had a professional photographer whose instagram is @lou.lives.big who was taking more of the main shoots and organising the scenes. My role was more of a float about and get some behind the scenes shots and some photos of my own once she had finished. I leant a lot from her as she was really good and even gave a couple of tips in terms of positioning, directing and lighting which I'm always down for receiving because I always want to get better at photography all the time. 📸
I'll post below some of the shots I really enjoyed taking, the setting and the evening for the shoot was great and everyone had fun and also shout out to Sammy Leigh whose first time it was modelling for AAO and she killed it! hopefully there's some more opportunities for her with us in the future!
Great pictures!
